Are you open?
We are open everyday except from Christmas Day and New Years Day. For live opening and closing hours please check the times banner at the top of the page. Please note last entry is one hour before closing time.

What is there to do?
We have a huge range of different exhibits from our Underwater Tunnel that is home to one of Europe’s largest collection of Sand Tiger Sharks to our Seal harbour where you can meet some of the friendliest animals in the world. Our full exhibit collection can be found on our Exhibits Page.
Can you tell me more about your shark dives?
Our Shark Encounter experiences are very popular all year round and we receive lots of questions which vary from price to medical enquiries. For all information about our different experiences check out or Shark Encounter page and if you still have questions please give us a call.
Do I need to book a slot?
Currently, as there is no government restrictions, booking slots isn’t necessary! You’re welcome to come at any time between our opening hours and enjoy your visit at your own pace.
